Matt Payne
After gaining an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Matt trained as a Systems Engineer in Davy International, a multinational rolling mills engineering company in the international metals industry. His technical training and experience in large multidiscipline projects, as well as reliably fulfilling domestic contracts, places him ahead of ‘your average’ electrician, with flexibility and experience for a wide range of electrical work.
He is passionate about installing the latest innovative electrical systems and products, to provide the very best solutions for clients. One such system at the forefront of smart home technology is Niko Home Control system. An aesthetically pleasing, cost effective solution providing increased home comfort, control and security along with great energy and cost savings.
As the owner of Matt Payne Electrical he is registered with the competent persons scheme with NICEIC. Matt and the team are well qualified, friendly and helpful installers. Interesting facts
As a young lad, Matt’s inquisitive nature sometimes exasperated his parents with the continual taking apart of old radios and TVs in their garage and other various construction projects he had on the go.
Matt is always up for an adventure. He flew around the world to New Zealand to propose to his now wife, Emma, while she was on holiday there. They celebrated the very next day with a 102 metre high bungy jump over the Shotover River… and lived to tell the tale!
